Matthieu and Kathrin took over the running of the restaurant in Spring 2007.

Both Matthieu and Kathrin have worked with some of the best Michelin star chefs in France and provide a varied and refined menu at a very reasonable price.

All food is prepared on the premises and is locally grown, fresh and of excellent quality
