An ancient language

Our region has a very rich historical background.
It is very attached to its roots and traditions.

For several years now, there is a school where Occitan, (a language spoken in Southern France), is taught.
Whilst out walking in the little villages, in the shops or at the market, you can still hear this ancient language spoken and kept very much alive by the locals.
