Quality guarantees at Les Gorges du Chambon 

Ever since we took over the campsite we have worked on all aspects of its quality.
That work has led to industry recognition and a number of awards and labels.

Camping Qualité

The quality of our services is checked regularly by an outside body which studies 600 separate criteria.
Only when the results of these audits are positive are we awarded the label ‘Camping Qualité’.
At the moment, there are 68 campsites out of 479 to be awarded ‘Camping Qualité’ in the Poitou Charente region in 2008.

La Cléf Verte

We are also very aware of the environment at our campsite.
It’s for this reason that we try to offer you the best camping environment and surroundings as possible.
The Clef Verte label makes it possible for us to continue with our ‘green’ practises.

European Eco Label

At present we are working towards the European Eco Label and are hoping to present our case in either May or September 2008.

Membership of Associations

Les Castels

We are voluntary members of the chain of Castels campsites. We are regularly audited and our membership can be put into question at any time if our services don’t come up to standard.

The Camping Cheque network

Letters and claims are followed up very rigourously by the offices of this network, and if there are ever any significant problems then exclusion from this group can follow automatically.

Membership of La Via Natura

We are members of La Via Natura, a militant organisation which has been set up to respect both man and his environment.
